Casuarina Beach Restaurant & Pub

An idyllic beach spot where you can enjoy ‘live' seafood cooked to your liking. An a la carte menu complements the daily changing selection of ‘live' seafood kept in fish tanks and shown on the blackboard. Guests may choose the ‘live' items themselves.

Only five metres from the waves, the interior is unique in providing an air-conditioned space right on the beach and a lounge where cocktails and cold drinks can be enjoyed while watching the famed Phuket sunset. Some would call it the perfect place to chill out.

Laguna Cafe

Located at garden level, Laguna Cafe overlooks the sprawling lawns and shady trees of Dusit Laguna. It offers a choice of air-conditioned and semi air-conditioned interior dining areas, plus an outdoor terrace by the fish pond. The menu offers something for everyone, from the wok, to steak house favourites, local Thai meals, sandwiches and salads, as well as a selection of light Spa cuisine dishes. All-day dining.

La Trattoria

La Trattoria has reopened! Like its predecessor, it captures the soul of cucina italiana , but is now driven by a new spirit.

Its three new interconnected domes, which exude a seductive patina of light blue and white, lead to a charming outdoor terrazzo, shaded by a pergola and centred around a classic water fountain. One of the domes is air-conditioned with wine fridges and a central high table for six. White linen, simple white chinaware designed to show off food, classic cutlery, modern yet simple custom made water glasses and soft tan leather menu covers have been selected for simplicity, style & elegance. Lunch and dinner.

Ruen Thai

Regarded by many as the finest Thai restaurant on the disland, Ruen Thai specialises in classic Thai cuisine served in an old teak house with an air-conditioned interior and open-air salas overlooking a peaceful lagoon.

A signature dish of the restaurant is 'Som Tam Tamrab Thai', a classic green papaya salad of North-Eastern Thai origin. Royal Thai dishes are inspired by Palace cuisine, and refers to the style of the food, its presentation and its refinement. Another popular dish is "Goong Ruen Thai" or Ruen Thai Prawns. Grilled tiger prawns fresh from the sea, tempered with a sweet and slightly sour flavour of tamarind, served with fried and shredded Chinese broccoli and toasted peanuts to add that touch of texture and complexity. Dinner only.

Poolside Cafe

Pasta, pizzas, sandwiches, stir-fries, ice cream and cool, refreshing drinks served at the poolside and in the garden area throughout the day. All-day dining until sundown.

Horizon Lounge

Nestled in the hotel lobby, our restful rendezvous lounge serves refreshing cocktails and long cool drinks throughout the day and evening. Our resident pianist plays live music, with a repertoire ranging from bebop to Baccarach. After 9pm, our resident singer/guitarist joins in to form a duo producing the perfect musical accompaniment for after dinner drinks. Traditional English tea is served in the afternoon.
