Cancellation Policy
Peak Season: 28 Dec 07 - 07 Jan 08 (inclusive)
1. 25% of the total value will be charged, if cancellation is received 24-46 days prior to the arrival day
2. 50% of the total value will be charged, if cancellation is received 17-21 days prior to the arrival day
3. 100% of the total value will be charged, if cancellation is received less than 17 days prior to the arrival day
4. No-show, 100% of the total value will be charged
5. Early check-out, the full length of stay will be charged
High Season: 01 Nov 07 - 27 Dec 07 & 08 Jan 08 - 15 Apr 08
1. No-show, 2 night cancellation fee will be charged

Child Policy
1. All children under 6 years old will receive complimentary meals (Buffet), if dining with parents.
2. 50% discount on meals (Set Menu and/or Buffet) for child between 6-11 years old
3. Complimentary baby cot and one complimentary extra bed for children below 12 years old
4. Complimentary entry to "Just Kids" kids club for children under 12 years for use of pool & playground. Activities and baby sitting service at charge
5. Complimentary ice cream cones for children at Just Kids, with a daily rotation of 2 flovors
6. Complimentary fresh juices for children at Just Kids, with a rotation of 2 flavors
7. Complimentary Kids welcome amenity
8. One Complimentary "sleep-over" at Just Kids per child per stay. Sleep over includes a BBQ dinner at Just Kids
9. 3 hours of complimentary baby sitting at Just Kids when parents attend the Spa
Evason Hideaway Hua Hin is located at Pranburi approximately 23 kilometres south of Hua Hin town and 230 kilometres from Bangkok. Travelling time by car from Hua Hin town is 30 minutes, from Bangkok approximately three hours. Hua Hin Air Shuttle option.
