Equipped with the latest strength and cardiovascular equipment with personal television and headphones, the Health Club is located in its own pavilion with tree top views over the Gulf. Air-conditioned space is complemented by an outdoor training/stretching deck.

Nestled in a coconut grove, five luxurious salas offer total privacy for individuals or couples with spacious indoor and outdoor treatments.
The Spa treatments and services are based on a fusion of techniques from the Thai, Yogic and other Asian cultures using mother earth and the island as sources of inspiration.

The Spa rituals include the internal as well as external use of Thai herbal tonics and organic teas from the island. Educational workshops and cleansing detoxification programs incorporate Thai herbal traditions concentrating on the body’s energy.

Massages, body scrubs and wraps, herbal steams, baths, head massages, foot and hand treatments as well as facials are offered in harmony with island traditions. The beauty salon offers hair services, manicures, pedicures and waxing treatments.

To experience the Spa's massage services, guests must be at least 18 years of age; for facial services, 16 years; and for the sauna/steam facilities, 14 years.

Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui offers two floodlit hard Tennis courts A professional trainer is on hand to help guests improve their play. Rackets are available on a complimentary basis.

Lan Tania - Named after the local Blue Palm, Lan Tania is located on the top of the Resort near the lobby, with beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding islands. Guests can sit indoors in air-conditioned comfort or outside where large overhead fans produce a gentle breeze. The series of high, thatched roofs and teak wood floors with terrazzo accents, complement the Thai influences found throughout the Resort. Lime green, terracotta, steel blue and white tableware and linens add a vibrant touch.

Lan Tania features a Thai and Italian menu. Most courses are served family-style. A breakfast buffet offers Continental, Thai and Asian dishes. A full American breakfast is available a-la-carte.

Pla Pla - Pla Pla is the Thai word for ‘many fish,’ suggestive of the Restaurant’s seafood theme. A cascading dramatic backdrop of white Thai sandstone carries over to the terrace floor and defines the Restaurant’s character as a casual beachside restaurant.

Seating is available on an open, fan-cooled terrace or right on the white sand beach. Fish caught daily is hand selected by guests and prepared according to their specific requests. A comprehensive menu features seafood classics as well as innovative creations for dinner. During the day, a wide selection of salads, snacks and seafood are light and well suited for eating under the sun. Guests will naturally be able to enjoy their meal on their lounge chairs either around the pool or on the beach. Pla Pla is also the venue for special weekly dining events such as barbeques, seafood or luau style dinners on the beach.

Beach Bar - Conveniently located between Pla Pla and the pool area, the Beach Bar is open from 10am to 10pm daily and offers everything from tropical cocktails to soft drinks. Day beds, lounge eating is conveniently arrnaged to take full advantage of the stunning views at the sea.

Amidst swaying coconut trees by the white-sand beach, the pool's infinity edges blend seamlessly with the turquoise water of the private bay. Sip a refreshing drink or enjoy lunch by the pool, then explore a myriad of beach activities for the whole family. Thoughtful Four Seasons attendants provide ice water, chilled towels and Evian water spritz at poolside or on the beach, while lifeguards patrol both areas.

Library – Below the lobby area the Library is a quiet retreat where guests can lounge away the afternoon with a collection of contemporary books and magazines including guidebooks about Koh Samui and Thai culture. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available. Open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Next to the Library is the Resort’s boutique, offering a wide range of fashion and beachwear, accessories, jewellery, gifts and souvenirs.
