As Nora’s main restaurant, the Prasuthon offers Royal Thai dishes using ancient recipes that have been enjoyed by the upper crust of Thai society for generations. There is also a wide variety of western dishes and fusion food to choose from. Nora’s director of Food and Beverage Khun Mattawan has worked in five-star resorts around the region and prides himself on ingredients and many of the resort’s herbs and vegetables are grown in the lush surrounding gardens
