Cancellation Policy
(1 Nov 08 - 31 Oct 09)- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged if booking is cancelled between 24 - 28 days prior to arrival
- 25% of entire stay will be charged if booking is cancelled between 17 - 23 days prior to arrival
- 50% of entire stay will be charged if booking is cancelled between 10 - 16 days prior to arrival
- 75% of entire stay will be charged if booking is cancelled between 5 - 9 days prior to arrival
- 100% of entire stay will be charged if booking is cancelled between 5 days prior to arrival
- 100% of entire stay will be charged for no show and early check out
Child Policy
1. For safety reasons reservations not accepted for children under 12 years in "Pool Villa"
unless a waiver is signed by parents upon check in.
2. No room charge for child under 12 years sharing room with parents without extra bed (room only)
3. Maximum 1 child per room
4. Baby cots are free of charge
5. ABF for child under 12 years 50% discount off contract rate
6. ABF for child : USD14 per person per meal
